The aim of these principles is to provide you with information about what personal data we collect, how we handle it, from what sources we obtain it, for what purposes we use it, to whom we may provide it, where you can obtain information about your personal data that we process, and what individual security options are available to each of you.

We are a personal data controller who processes personal data in accordance with European Union law, i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”) and the applicable legal order of the Czech Republic.

HOW AND WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU AND FOR HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS IT?

We obtain personal data in accordance with other legal regulations governing the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended, and Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services. We maintain a personal data database and are the administrators of this data. We collect and further process personal data: based on the law, under which the provision of our services is linked to the processing of your personal data. Specifically, this concerns primarily the processing necessary for the performance of a concluded contract, the fulfillment of our legal obligation, the defense of our legitimate interest or the legitimate interest of a third party, the fulfillment of a task carried out in the public interest.

We collect personal data used for your unambiguous and unmistakable identification (identification data), personal data allowing us to contact you (contact data), and other information related to our relationships:

  • identification and address data: e.g. name, surname, delivery or other contact address, collection point address, registered office, company ID, VAT number;
  • electronic contact data: e.g. telephone number, e-mail address;
  • other electronic data: IP address, cookies;
  • other personal data associated with the contractual relationship: bank account number, order history;
  • other personal data: typically data provided by the customer in the order form or in other documents and when communicating with us, including later updates.


  • The specific scope of your collected personal data is always specified in the specific consent granted or information on the processing of personal data. We may entrust the processing of your personal data to external entities that provide us with administrative and/or professional or technical support, or carry out marketing, commercial or other specific activities (hereinafter referred to as the "Processors"). The Processor does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization.

    In the case of lawful processing, we process personal data for the period specified in the legal regulations, in the case of voluntary processing, for the period specified in the consent. After the end of the period of authorized processing, we will stop processing your personal data and will liquidate it.

    FROM WHAT SOURCES DO WE OBTAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

    You provide us with all personal data that we process yourself, by using the contact form on our website, or by directly contacting us on the contacts published by us. We also obtain it from you in personal meetings or communication through social networks. Another possibility is the processing of personal data necessary for the fulfillment of a contract, or for the implementation of measures taken before its conclusion, if you yourself are a contracting party and this is done at your request.

    When providing our services and as part of any communication in such a case, we process your personal data. This is lawful processing, which is provided for by the provisions of Article 6 of the General Regulation GDPR, as it is processing necessary for the performance of a contract to which you (the data subject) are a party, or for the implementation of measures taken prior to entering into a contract.
